a Good Day

I made these potteries. I went with my friend yesterday. It was my first time to make pottery. It seemed difficult to make, but it was easy rather than I had thought before. It was very interesting! The more I made pottries, the better I made. The least pottery of the picture is my first pottery. I chose one from them and it will be completed about one month. I'm looking forward to it. I wish it will be good pottery.

After that we went Kikuchi. This picture was taken there. There was so beautiful. There was so cool and water was very cold. I put my legs into the water, and the water was so cold that it felt me a little pain and it made me very cold. We enjoyed very much there.

Then, we went to Kurea. What a surprise, we happend to meet two children and their mother, who took part in a child care club, which we often go as volunteer. It made us happy. We talked with them for a while. Their seemed to be very fine. I wish we meet to them again. I was glad to see them. [196 words]

A Secret Party

Yesterday, I went to eat with my club members who were 2 years students. We were exciting because we had planned our friends' birthday party too! It was planned by Manami. We had two friends who had birthday in July, so we had prepared to congratulate their birthday. Anyway, at a restaurant, we had each drink and said "cheers!" Then, we sang a birthday song for two friends. And we gave them a birthday cake and a birthday card. When a clerk brought the cake, wind by air conditioner vanished lights of candles. It was funny accident! Also, we had a secret plan to Manami. A few days ago, it was a her birthday. So we want to congratulate her too. Then, we sang a birthday song for her, and of course, we prepared a birthday cake and a birthday card for her. She seemed to be surprised at our plan, and she glad. Beth and Crystal went to fairiy's world to repair it. Crystal gave Beth a dress instead of her thanks. Next story is about the forgetful fairy. Lily was forgetful. One day she got a job from fairy queen. So she worked harder. Also she got a job that she brought inbitations. On the way, she dropped these. A troll whih got a invitation came. It was problem. However, a troll changed a man because he is a prince, who changed a troll by bad fairy. [149 words]

There were a man who likes ghost books, cat and cheese. He ran a book store. He wanted to have a cat and he had. But, a cat wasn't like general cat, because she like cheese rather than fish, also like mouse. One day a woman came to the shop, but she surprised that there were miece. So the man asked the cat to catch mices for 3 days. However, the cat didn't want to catch, so she supposed an idea to them. Day 1, a boy came to the store. Then the cat and mices dropped books. It was as if there were ghosts. A boy thought there was ghost. It was known by many people. They interested in it and came to the store to see ghost. The store always had many customers than ever. The book was interesting. I think it is good that the cat and mices had a good relationship. The cat's idea was very good for the man and mices. She is a wise cat, isn't it? [173 words]

Tomorrow's activity of my club is going to Aso. I wish I went to go. I have to finish my many homework and I also have a test the next day. So I can't go. If I had finished all, I could enjoy it. Essay 5 The worst day in my life

The worst day in my life is the raining day. When I was a high school student, I usually went to school in the early morning.
One day, it was heavy rain. It had been raining when I got up. I looked out of the window, a field was full of the rain and the road filled out. It didn’t seem to stop to rain. I wondered if classes were held or not today. However, I didn’t get calling from the school. So I thought I had classes in spite of heavy rain. I didn’t have an early class that day, and I left my house not to late a home room.
I decided to go there by bus because of rain and I must have left a little earlier than I went to there by bicycle because it took much time by traffic jam. The bus didn’t come on time. I waited for a while and the bus came after few minutes. I got on it. The bus was full of people who went to their school or company. It had also very heavy traffic jam and the bus couldn’t go forward. I was anxious that it didn’t arrive on time during the time.
After all, I was late for the home room. But there were few classmates in a class room. A teacher who was our class’ teacher came into the room and said us that it was not class that day. It was a little lucky but I was disappointed it because it was wasted time. We get back home because no classes. I don’t like heavy rain’s day.

Hello. My name is Narumi K. I'm 19 years old. My birthday is November 17. My blood type is B. I'm said that I'm A type. I'm little shy and gentle person. I live in Tsukide, where is near the Nisseki hospital and the Kumamoto prefectual university. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Kumamoto Gakuen University by bicycle.

I have 4 people in my family, my mother, my father, my young brother and me. My mother works part time at a supermarket. It is near my house. She as worked there for about 6 years. My brother is a high school student. He is 3 years student. His school is a little far from our house, so he goes there by school bus. He leaves the home in the early morning. My father works at a corporation.

I have a prat-time job. I works part time at a Japanese foods restaurant, which has udon, sushi, tempura and so on. I work about 4 times in a week. The restaurant closes at 10:30 p.m, so I need not work midnight. It has passed 6 months since I gad started it. Some friends have come to eat there when I was working.

My interesting events in my life is my 19th birthday. My friends held my birthday party at my friend's house. It was secret to me. So I was very surprised and very happy. I got birthday cards from them. These were written many massages, and these were very beautiful cards. Also they song a birthday song for me. We celebrated my birthday together. It was very wonderful day.

My university life is very fun. I belong to a volunteer club in Kumamoto Gakuen University. We always play activity on Wednesday. Also we take part in volunteer works. I often take part in some volunteer works, which are taking care of children. It's my fun. When I have no class until next class, I often spend times at the library. i watch movies or I study with my friends.

I want to become an English teacher. I want to teach English to children because I love English and children. If I have my own house, I want to hold English class in m house's room. Also I think it is very fun if I hold parties in events, for example, Halloween and Christmas.

My treasure is a mechanical pencil. My grand parents gave me as a present when I entered a Junior high school. I would use it until I was a high school student. It became old as I had used it for a long time. When I took examinations, I used it.

My favorite foods are sweets. Especially, I like chocolates. I like milk chocolates rather than black chocolates because milk chocolates tastes mild and sweet. Also I like cake. When I'm not busy, I sometimes bake a cake. I'm good at baking a cheese cake.

I like listening to music. I listen many kinds of music. For example, Japanese pop music, western music and classic. My favorite Japanese musician is Yui. She plays acoustic guitar and she has very charming voice. The most favorite song in her songs is 2Summer Song". I want to listen when I go to the sea in Summer. I usually borrow CD at rental shop.

I want to try to go abroad by myself. I have pen pals in Korea and America, so I want to go these countries to see them. My cousin have been to some foreign countries to stay with family. I yearn to go abroad. [598 words]

A Star Festival Event

Club's members and I went to a children's facility for volunteer work yesterday. It was the Star Festival event. We separated 4 groups and played games which we supposed each group. My group played some quizzes about the Star Festival. It was a little bit difficult for children because we couldn't answer these quizzes. We were anxious about it. However, it was no problem. We wrote an answer with each papers which we wrote quiz. So they found it and tried to look the answer. We were bothered it. It was the way to answer quizzes to chose circle or cross, so it was easy to answer. After all, the most children collect these quizzes. Although, I think it was good that they enjoyed very much. The others groups did bingo, played a picture story show and a telling game. Children seemed to be fun. [143 words]

A Hard Challenge

I went to Misato town to up stairs with my friend yesterday. It was said the longest stairs in Japan, which has 3,333 stairs. Have you ever been there or upped stairs like these long stairs? I had not been there, but I had heard about it from my mother. She said that it is very hard and she did not go there again. It was my first time. When I began to up stairs, I was fine. But it was very very hard for me! I was tired as soon as we had started. I couldn't help resting. I often said that "Why don't you rest here?". However, the more we upped stairs, the cooler it was. It was very comfortable in spite of Summer. We could see beautiful view from high place. Also, it made me comfortable that persons who we met there said to us "Hello." When I was tired and took a rest with my friend, a woman said to me, " You can reach soon, so don't give up!" I was encouraged from her and I was grad. Then, we could finish to up stairs together. It made me refresh. My friend said we'll up stairs 3 times before we had been. But, I think it is impossible for me now. I was satisfyed only one time. We met a old man who seemed not to be tired at all. I wish I keep having good health like him when I'll become old. Although I was very tired, it was exciting! [256 words]

I'm looking forward tomorrow's volunteer work! We will go to a children's facility to hold the Star Festival. Our group is going to play quize about the Star Festival. I am preparing for it now. Essay 4 The most memorable day in my life

The most memorable day in my life is my 19th birthday. Some friends know my birthday. In the morning when it was my birthday, my friends sent a mail which written congratulation's messages. Also, I got mails from my older friends. I had not told my birthday to them. So it was a little surprising, but I’m glad to get mail from them. When it was a lunch time, I met my friends, and they said to me “Happy birthday.”
I had a plan to go to eat somewhere with my friend. It was not holiday that day. As I finished all classes, I waited my friend. Then, I happened to meet my some friends. After few minutes, a friend who I had waited came. And, they seemed to have secret to me. The secret was that they congratulated my birthday. They had a perfect plan, but it seemed that it didn’t work. So I found what they thought. However, I had not known that they held my birthday party, so I was very surprised and also very happy. We went to supermarket to buy materials which needed to cook dinner. After that, we went to one of my friends’ house and enjoyed the party. Of course we ate a cake. There were candles which forms are the number of my age. They sang a birthday song for me. Also, I got a present and two message cards from them. These cards were decollated beautiful and very cute. The one of it was written many messages by my club’s friends. The other of it was from a friend. These made me very happy. It was a first time for me that I had my friends take my birthday party.
